What Are The Changes To Affect In Australia Immigration 2018?

          The child should own Australian citizenship, or an Australian Permanent resident, or need to  be eligible for New Zealand Citizenship

Requirements for the Foreign Students:
With the updates since February 2018, student needs to maintain enough funds in their account if deciding for a study in Australia.  The funds are needed for paying for living, taking care of family, paying fees and for other basic requirements.
Funds Requirement:
          Per Child: $3,040 (up from $2,970)
          Partner or Spouse: $7,100 (up from $6,940)
          Main Student or Guardian: $20,290 (up from $19,830)

How can existing 457 Visa holders receive PR visa?
With recent updates from March 2018, for the candidate who do not possess the required skills provided by the skills assessment authority cannot apply directly for the entry stream of Employer Nomination Scheme Visa.

There have been changes in the “Short-term Skilled Occupation List” (STSOL) and “Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List” since January 2018.

Occupations removed from the Lists
          Building associate: ANZCO code 312112
          Hair or beauty salon manager: ANZCO code 142114

Newly added Occupations to STSOL
          Property Manager: ANZCO code 612112
          Psychotherapist: ANZCO code 272314
          Real estate representative: ANZCO code 612115
