What are the Required Core Human Factors to Migrate to Canada?

To Migrate to Canada through the Canada Express Entry Programs, it is important for the candidate to meet the eligibility of Express Entry. Since, the program is point-based; candidates have to score minimum 67 points for eligibility. These points are calculated based on the candidate’s core human factors.

Though, every program through which the candidate is planning to immigrate will have its own immigration requirement, it is mandatory to for the candidate to score at least 67 points in the Express Entry.

The factors which affect for the candidate’s Express Entry eligibility are:

  • Age – The minimum and maximum age group eligibility for Canada immigration are 18-45 years. To earn more points, it is better to start the immigration at lower age.
  • Language Proficiency – There are two official languages of Canada – English and French. The candidates who prove their efficiency through the tests, such as IELTS or CELPIP with a qualified score are allotted for maximum points.

  • Education –The education of the candidate should be at par with the Canadian Education Board and should match the occupation for which the candidate is applying in Canada. However, the candidate should be at least a graduate to be eligible.
  • Work Experience- The higher the work experience the better it is for the candidate. The point scale of the candidate increases along with the increase in the work experience.

  • Adaptability – These points are based on candidate’s adaptability, i.e., if the candidate has a Canadian education, work experience, relative, or a spouse accompanied, then the candidates can gain points.
  • Arranged Employment – There are points available for those who have an employment letter from a Canadian employer. Though, this isn’t a mandatory factor for eligibility, having an arranged employment will boost the candidate CRS score.

Hence, it is important to be clear that, the point increase or decrease is based on the candidate’s profile factors. And, the Invitation to Apply for Canadian Permanent Residency is received faster for the profiles with good Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score.

Canada is one of the successful country with leading development opportunities to its people. The country has a good economic status, which makes candidates from various nations prefer Canada for migration. Though migration to Canada is assumed simple, it is specific with the English Language Proficiency. Hence, the Canada PR was always a drawback to candidates with Low IELTS score. Hence, to make it possible; Saskatchewan PNP - one of the immigration program of Canada Express Entry system, has now increased its chances to Canada PR for candidates with Low IELTS score.

Canada Express Entry system is the immigration system followed by the Canadian Government. The Provincial Nominee Programs are one of the economic program of the Express Entry. The Express Entry follows a point-based system and, hence the candidates looking for Canada PR need to score minimum 67 points for eligibility by considering the eligibility factors.

Among the eligibility factors age, education, work experience, adaptability & more, Language Proficiency is one of the important factor. Candidates need to prove their proficiency on languages either French or English. As per the English language, candidates need to screen for an IELTS test and score a minimum of CLB 7 as proficiency. Candidates who gain the score are eligible for applying Permanent Residency through Canada Express Entry System.

Is your language proficiency lower than CLB 7?
As, it isn’t common for every candidate to score CLB 7, there are candidates having proficiency lower than CLB 7. Hence, for such candidates, the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program is one of the provincial nominee programs assuring an opportunity for candidates with low IELTS score of CLB 4 to apply for Canada PR. Also, there is even another consideration for Saskatchewan PNP, i.e. the OID subcategory or Occupation in Demand.

Candidates planning to Canada PR with SINP, should check if their occupation is listed in the Occupation Demand list of the province.
